Will this actually print?

Every model is reviewed for stability, fragile details, scale, and printability before production starts.

What if it arrives damaged?

Cosmetic or functional defect on arrival? Send a photo within 14 days for reprint review. Add full refund/cancellation terms before launch.

What happens to uploads?

Reference images guide the 3D model and may be attached to order metadata for fulfillment. Do not upload sensitive images. Publish retention, deletion, and model-training policy before launch.

Can the final print differ?

Yes. Tiny details, colors, support marks, and scale can vary from the AI preview. We review models before printing to reduce surprises.

Can I cancel?
